Make the table two columns by six or eight rows, depending on how tall you want the cards to be. Place your chosen art into every other cell, leaving room to write people’s names. Then, print onto heavy card stock, cut them out using a paper cutter or a ruler and craft knife and they’ll be ready to fold in half. Voila! That’s all it takes. Your St. Patrick’s Day table will be instantly more beautiful.

The truth about life in general is that everything is mind over matter. Everyone has the capability of further developing their mind power; they just have to know how to do it.

One of the ways you can develop using mind over matter is to practice turning all of your negative thoughts and beliefs into something positive. Take time to sit and think about what it means to control your life with your mind. Consider how everything in your life appears when you are happy. Think about a very content and peaceful time in your life. The bad things in life don’t seem as bad when a person is satisfied with the way things are going.

Now think about the things in your life you are happy for. You might be proud of your achievements, pleased with your home, happy with your relationship. Each of these circumstances are also a direct result of your mind’s power. After all, you made the choices that resulted in these things being in your life.

If you say ‘I have my job and I never have enough money’, your sub-conscious mind will begin to make sure these things come true for you. Your actions are dictated by your thoughts and your choices are influenced by your beliefs. So if you believe these negative thoughts, they will very quickly become your reality.

Take some time to listen to what you say to yourself in the privacy of your own thoughts. If you’re thinking ‘I hate my job, I can’t afford nice things, I’ll never lose weight’, then these negative thoughts will influence your actions. You will unconsciously make choices that will make these thoughts a reality in your life.

No matter how much you disagree with that statement, just try it. Eventually, you will begin to believe it, quite like those negative thoughts that have been bombarding your mind all these years.

You can easily see that everything is mind over matter once you take a step back and examine your previous experiences. Take for example someone who has been through a violent and abusive relationship. If they have been called names such as fat and stupid, eventually, if they remain in that relationship, their self-esteem will come soaring down.

You will begin to see that everything in your life is mind over matter once you take a step back and think about your previous choices and decisions. No matter what you want your life to look like, you can change the outcomes by programming your sub-conscious mind to look for the results you want.

Here we are with the remaining 90%, just allowing it to go to waste as time passes us by, when we could all be using it to empower our lives and ourselves!

My son is a fourth grade teacher. Every time he teaches he is always using power points. There is only one projector in their school and when the other teachers are using it he cannot teach very well without a projector.

My 24-year old son sometimes teaches other grade levels also in case one teacher is absent. In order to execute a particular lesson well especially in Science, he needs to use a projector. Pupils are more attentive and can understand well a particular topic if there’s a visual aid presented. This way, his students can understand their subjects very well.

There was no fund available for other things needed in school because the school was constructing two new additional buildings. My son asked the director of the school for a possible way that they can purchase a projector. According to the director, the best remedy is to ask the parents of the students to consider this mini projector as one of their projects.

During their Parents Teachers Association meeting, they discussed about it and the President informed the parents about the need of the school for a projector. The Parents willingly approved that they will consider buying a new projector for the school. I was there too since I have a daughter studying there.  Because I knew that the school needs more than 1 projector as my son have told me, I volunteered to give one additional projector.

Then, the following week, the teachers and parents gathered together to present and announce the new project of the school. The officers of the PTA gave the projector to the school. My son was so happy that the need of a projector for their school was made possible through the help of the parents. Also, the students were happy. We assumed that studying their lessons will be more enjoyable.
